About Our Spanish Villa

Rent our beautiful detached Spanish Villa in La Marina Alicante on the Costa Blanca in Spain. With two bedrooms, our villa sleeps four people comfortably but can accommodate six with the use of the sofa bed. A welcome hamper of provisions is provided for you on arrival.

Bedroom 1 - double bed, inbuilt wardrobes and en suite bathroom comprising of shower, basin and toilet

Bedroom 2 - two single beds bedside tables and inbuilt wardrobe

Bathroom - hand basin, toilet, bath with shower

Kitchen - Fully furnished kitchen provides a kettle, toaster, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer & washing machine.

Lounge/ dining area - The spacious lounge-dining area gives you room to chill out and comes equipped with a satellite TV (English channels so you wont miss you soaps!), stereo, sofa bed, dining table with four chairs and a welsh dresser

Porch/veranda- a spacious veranda to sit outside on warm evenings and watch the world go by

Outside - Hard standing drive with lockable gates. Walled self contained gravelled garden area with patio furniture.

Our villa is in La Marina which is an urbanisation 20-25 mins drive from Alicante airport. There are supermarkets, banks, doctors on site as well as three public swimming pools and several children's play parks. We have many bars & restaurants in the area but not too close to be a disturbance!
