FAQ About Our Spanish Villa
How long will you hold the villa for me?
We are able to hold the villa for 4 days before we require a deposit from
you.
What deposit is required to confirm a booking?
A deposit of £250 is required to confirm the booking.
When is the final balance due?
The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure.
Can I book online?
We do not have the facility to make a complete booking on our website,
we prefer to contact you directly once you have made an enquiry or provisional
booking. Please feel free to e-mail your enquiry and we will respond
to you as soon as possible.
Can I pay online?
Yes we can accept online payment using our Paypal account. Details
will be sent to you when you make a provisional booking.
What other methods of paymenyt do you accept?
We accept UK sterling cheques and card payments via Paypal. Please DO NOT
send cash.
Can you book my flights for me?
No we do not provide that facility however we do provide links to the more
popular airlines so that you can arrange your own flights. This gives
you the opportunity to get the best deal to suit your requirements.
Is there a breakage deposit payable?
Yes we ask for £30 as a breakage/key deposit for our villa.This will be
returned to you when you hand back you keys on departure less any breakage
costs.
What time is the villa available from and what time must it be vacated?
Your villa will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10am on your day of departure. We may be able to chnage theses times
dependent on bookings either side of your stay. Please contact
us for more
details.
Are transfers /car hire included?
We do not include transfers or car hire in the villa cost. We can arrange
either with our local agents for you as an optional extra.
Do I have to hire a car?
Even if you have arranged to be picked up and dropped off at the airport,
it is advisable to hire a car. The bars, restaurants and supermarkets
in La Marina are a short walking distance away but you will need transport
to get to the beach or if you want to see more of the region. It is worth
pointing out though that there is a regular bus service to the beach
and into town.
Are towels and linen included?
Bed linen is supplied at our villa. One hand towel and one
medium sized bath/shower towel are supplied per person. Beach/pool towels
are NOT provided so please take these with you.
What is included in the welcome hamper?
It will include some essential items for you to enjoy on arrival. The contents
will vary slightly but normally include tea-bags, milk, sugar, water,
orange juice,
bread, eggs, butter, jam, corn-flakes, 6 cans of beer and a bottle of
Cava. There is a supermarket within walking distance of the villa so
shopping is not a problem.
What are the maid's duties?
Her basic duties are bed making, cleaning the villa (bathrooms, kitchens,
floors etc.), sweeping patios and general tidying. Washing up and cleaning
of barbecues are NOT included in her duties.
Does the villa have safety deposit box?
Yes there is a safety deposit box to store passports, valuables etc- we
also recommend that you take the same precautions as you would at home
e.g. do not leave valuables laying around in view etc
Are cots and highchairs available?
We can arrange cots and highchairs. Please indicate on the booking
form or
contact us for more details.
Is there an iron & ironing board at the villa?
Our villa has an iron and ironing board.
Does the villa have a heated swimming pool?
No but there are three excellent public pools in La Marina
When will we receive our directions?
Your directions will be sent out to you as soon as the balance for the
booking is paid in full.
